Biography Federica Lorusso



Federica Lorusso
Born in Bari, Italy, Federica Lorusso has always been passionate about the arts. She earned her Bachelor's degree in piano from the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague and recently obtained a Master's degree from the Conservatory of Amsterdam, where she studied jazz vocals and piano. Federica's unique style seamlessly blends her singing and piano playing, setting her apart in the jazz world. She has shared the stage and collaborated with renowned artists such as Eric Ineke, Tineke Postma, Fabrizio Bosso, Rodney Green, and Ben Van Gelder, who is set to feature on her next album. As a band leader, she released her debut album "Outside Introspections" in 2022 and is set to release her second album, "Incontri," in early 2025 under the Dutch label ZenneZ Records. She has performed at renowned venues and international festivals, including the Fano Jazz Festival, Athens Jazz Festival, JazzMi, and the Bimhuis.
