Natalie Gulbis Biography
Natalie Gulbis was one of the biggest stars during the two decades she spent on the LPGA Tour. Gulbis' best run of her career arguably came between 2005-06 when she had four straight top ten finishes in major tournaments. She also finished sixth on the LPGA Tour money list in 2005. Gulbis won her first tournament at the 2007 Evian Masters. She was on the U.S. winning teams at the 2005, 2007 and 2009 Solheim Cup. Gulbis originally competed in her first LPGA event at the age of 14 in 1997, but officially turned pro in 2001 after her team won the NCAA Championship at Arizona. She retired following the 2020 season.

Natalie was born and raised in Sacramento and has had a love of golf from the early age of four. She won her first tournament at the age of seven, and was breaking par by the time she was ten years old. She played in her first LPGA Tour event in 1997 as an amateur at the age of 14. She was the top player on the boy’s golf team at Granite Bay High School and graduated at the age of 16. She then accepted a golf scholarship to the University of Arizona where she helped lead the Wildcats to a National Championship in 2000.
